Before You Reach Out

  • 1.Attach a screenshot or screen recording. Capturing the issue in action is the fastest way to help us understand what went wrong.
  • 2.Describe the steps to reproduce. Tell us in detail exactly what you tapped, what screen you were on, and what you expected to happen versus what actually did.
  • 3.Include version details. Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Song Sweeper version (More ••• in the top right of the home page → Settings → version number at the bottom).
